Product Introduction
Cholesterol TEG (DMT) Phosphoramidite (R) is a non-fluorescent modifier used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a cholesterol moiety attached to a phosphoramidite via a triethylene glycol (TEG) linker, with a dimethoxytrityl (DMT) protecting group, on an (R)-glycerol backbone. The TEG linker provides flexibility and hydrophilicity, while the DMT group enables standard trityl-on purification. Cholesterol conjugation enhances cellular uptake, improves nuclease resistance, and facilitates in vivo delivery of oligonucleotides.
