6-JOE Phosphoramidite (hydroxyprolinol), CHC protected is a fluorescent labeling reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a 6-carboxy-4',5'-dichloro-2',7'-dimethoxyfluorescein (6-JOE) fluorophore attached to a hydroxyprolinol-based phosphoramidite moiety, with cyclohexylcarbonyl (CHC) protecting groups on the phenolic hydroxyl groups of the JOE dye.
