6-JOE cyclohexyl Phosphoramidite, CHC protected is a fluorescent labeling reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a 6-carboxy-4',5'-dichloro-2',7'-dimethoxyfluorescein (6-JOE) fluorophore attached to a cyclohexyl phosphoramidite moiety, with cyclohexylcarbonyl (CHC) protecting groups on the phenolic hydroxyl groups of the JOE dye. The CHC protection enhances stability during synthesis and deprotection steps.
