Biotin Pro Phosphoramidite is a non-fluorescent modifier used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a biotin moiety attached to a hydroxyprolinol-based phosphoramidite. The hydroxyprolinol linker provides a rigid, non-nucleosidic scaffold for efficient incorporation of biotin at the 5' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis.
