6-TAMRA cyclohexyl phosphoramidite is a fluorescent labeling reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a 6-carboxytetramethylrhodamine (6-TAMRA) fluorophore attached to a cyclohexyl phosphoramidite moiety, enabling incorporation of the TAMRA label at the 5' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. It is widely used in molecular biology applications including DNA sequencing, real-time PCR, fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) studies, and dual-labeled probe synthesis.
