6-TAMRA cyclohexyl phosphoramidite is a fluorescent labeling reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a 6-carboxytetramethylrhodamine (6-TAMRA) fluorophore attached to a cyclohexyl phosphoramidite moiety, enabling incorporation of the TAMRA label at the 5' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis.
