Product Introduction

SIMA (dichloro-diphenyl-fluorescein) is a xanthene dye with spectral characteristics similar to those of HEX but with a higher quantum yield. SIMA phosphoramidite is used in oligonucleotide synthesis to produce fluorescently labeled primers and hybridization probes for quantitative PCR.
