Product Introduction
6-R6G cyclohexyl Phosphoramidite is a fluorescent labeling reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a 6-carboxyrhodamine 6G (6-R6G) fluorophore attached to a cyclohexyl phosphoramidite moiety, enabling incorporation of the R6G label at the 5' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. It is commonly used in multiplex PCR, DNA sequencing, fragment analysis, and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) applications.
