Product Introduction
Tris-GalNAc Pro CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains three N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) moieties attached to a hydroxyprolinol-based linker, immobilized on the CPG surface. The CPG solid support enables incorporation of the Tris-GalNAc label at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. The trivalent GalNAc ligand enables high-affinity binding to the asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) on hepatocytes, facilitating targeted delivery of oligonucleotides to the liver.
