Product Introduction
Azide CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains an azide group immobilized on the CPG surface, enabling incorporation of an azide functionality at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. The azide group allows subsequent bioorthogonal click chemistry reactions, particularly copper-catalyzed or strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition, for post-synthetic labeling and bioconjugation applications.
