Product Introduction
6-JOE Phosphoramidite (hydroxyprolinol, CHC protected) CPG is a fluorescent labeling reagent immobilized on controlled pore glass (CPG) support for oligonucleotide synthesis. The CPG solid support enables incorporation of the 6-JOE label at the 3' end of DNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. It is commonly used in multiplex PCR, DNA sequencing, and fragment analysis applications.
