Product Introduction
Cholesterol Pro CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a cholesterol moiety attached to a hydroxyprolinol-based linker, immobilized on the CPG surface. The CPG solid support enables incorporation of the cholesterol label at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. Cholesterol conjugation enhances cellular uptake, improves nuclease resistance, and facilitates in vivo delivery of oligonucleotides.
