Product Introduction

Alkyne-modified CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a terminal alkyne group immobilized on the CPG surface, enabling incorporation of an alkyne functionality at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. The terminal alkyne allows subsequent bioorthogonal click chemistry reactions, particularly copper-catalyzed or strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition, for post-synthetic labeling and bioconjugation applications.
