Product Introduction
BCN CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyne (BCN) functional group immobilized on the CPG surface, enabling incorporation of a BCN moiety at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. The BCN group enables highly efficient and completely orthogonal bioconjugation with various azide molecules via strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) without copper catalyst, allowing bioorthogonal modification of oligonucleotides under mild conditions.
