Product Introduction
Biotin Pro CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a biotin moiety attached to a hydroxyprolinol-based linker, immobilized on the CPG surface. The CPG solid support enables incorporation of the biotin label at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. Biotin enables high-affinity binding to streptavidin or avidin, facilitating oligonucleotide purification, detection, and immobilization applications.
