Product Introduction
α-Tocopherol TEG CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains an α-tocopherol (vitamin E) moiety attached to a triethylene glycol (TEG) linker, immobilized on the CPG surface. The CPG solid support enables incorporation of the α-tocopherol label at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. α-Tocopherol conjugation enhances cellular uptake, improves nuclease resistance, and provides antioxidant protection for oligonucleotides.
