Product Introduction
Mono GalNAc TEG CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a single N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) moiety attached to a triethylene glycol (TEG) linker composed of three PEG units, immobilized on the CPG surface. The CPG solid support enables incorporation of the Mono GalNAc label at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. The monovalent GalNAc ligand enables binding to the asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) on hepatocytes, facilitating targeted delivery of oligonucleotides to the liver.
