Lipoic CPG

Product Introduction

Lipoic CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a lipoic acid moiety immobilized on the CPG surface, enabling incorporation of a lipoic acid functionality at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. The lipoic acid group, with its reactive disulfide bond, allows post-synthetic conjugation via disulfide exchange or reduction, facilitating oligonucleotide labeling, surface immobilization on gold nanoparticles, and bioconjugation applications.
