Product Introduction
Iowa Black RQ dT Phosphoramidite is a dark quencher reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains an Iowa Black RQ non-fluorescent chromophore attached to a thymidine (dT) phosphoramidite, enabling site-specific incorporation within the oligonucleotide sequence. It efficiently quenches fluorescence in the 500-700 nm range via Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET), making it ideal for dual-labeled probe synthesis such as TaqMan probes, molecular beacons, and other real-time PCR applications.
