Product Introduction
Dabcyl Pro CPG is a dark quencher reagent immobilized on controlled pore glass (CPG) support for oligonucleotide synthesis. The CPG solid support enables incorporation of the Dabcyl quencher at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. It efficiently quenches fluorescence across a broad range of wavelengths via Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET), making it a classic choice for dual-labeled probe synthesis such as molecular beacons and other real-time PCR applications.
