Product Introduction
Cyanine7-MO TEG Azide chloride is a fluorescent labeling reagent used for bioorthogonal click chemistry. It contains a Cyanine7 (Cy7) fluorophore with a methoxy substituent (MO), attached to an azide functional group via a triethylene glycol (TEG) linker composed of three PEG units, with chloride as the counterion. The TEG linker provides flexibility and hydrophilicity, while the azide moiety enables copper-catalyzed or strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition with alkyne-functionalized molecules. It is used for near-infrared fluorescence labeling of proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides.
