Product Introduction
Behenic CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a behenic acid (docosanoic acid, C22:0) moiety immobilized on the CPG surface, enabling incorporation of a long-chain fatty acid at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. The behenic acid modification enhances cellular uptake, improves nuclease resistance, and facilitates in vivo delivery and membrane association of oligonucleotides.
