Product Introduction

Amino-modified CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a primary amine group immobilized on the CPG surface, enabling incorporation of an amino functionality at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. The amino group allows subsequent post-synthetic conjugation with NHS esters, isothiocyanates, or other amine-reactive groups for labeling and bioconjugation applications.
