Product Introduction
Alkyne trebler Pro CPG is a functionalized controlled pore glass (CPG) support used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a trebler alkyne structure immobilized on the CPG surface, enabling incorporation of multiple alkyne functionalities at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. The trebler architecture facilitates trifurcate branching, while the alkyne groups allow subsequent bioorthogonal click chemistry reactions for post-synthetic labeling and bioconjugation applications.
