Product Introduction
6-TAMRA Azide is a fluorescent labeling reagent used for bioorthogonal click chemistry. It contains a 6-carboxytetramethylrhodamine (6-TAMRA) fluorophore conjugated to an azide functional group. The azide moiety enables copper-catalyzed or strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition with alkyne-functionalized molecules. It is used for labeling proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides.
