Product Introduction
6-ROX Pro CPG is a fluorescent labeling reagent immobilized on controlled pore glass (CPG) support for oligonucleotide synthesis. The CPG solid support enables incorporation of the 6-ROX label at the 3' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis. It is commonly used in multiplex PCR, DNA sequencing, fragment analysis, and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) applications.
