Product Introduction
DND-167 is a cell-permeable weak base that selectively accumulates in acidic vesicles after being protonated. DND-167 is used as a pH indicator. It has weak fluorescence at neutral pH but become much brighter at the blue region of spectra at pH ~3.0. An excitation/emission maxima of the dye are 370 and 425 nm, respectively.
