6-FAM cyclohexyl Phosphoramidite is a fluorescent labeling reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a 6-carboxyfluorescein (6-FAM) fluorophore attached to a cyclohexyl phosphoramidite moiety, enabling the incorporation of a fluorescent label at the 5' end of DNA or RNA sequences during automated solid-phase synthesis.
