Product Introduction
CFDA-SE is an amine reactive dye for labeling cells, which is composed of a fluorescein molecule containing two acetate moieties and a succinimidyl ester (SE) functional group. It emits fluorescence when the acetate groups are cleaved by cellular esterases leaving CFSE.
