Product Introduction
TCO TEG NHS carbonate is a bioorthogonal click chemistry reagent containing a trans-cyclooctene (TCO) group, a triethylene glycol (TEG) linker, and an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) carbonate activated ester. The TCO group enables rapid inverse electron demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reactions with tetrazine-functionalized molecules, while the NHS carbonate reacts with primary amines to form stable carbamate bonds. It is used for efficient bioconjugation of proteins, peptides, and amino-modified oligonucleotides under mild, copper-free conditions.
