Product Introduction
BCN Phosphoramidite ACH is a copper-free click chemistry reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It contains a bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyne (BCN) functional group attached to a phosphoramidite moiety with an ACH (aminocyclohexanol) linker. The ACH linker provides a rigid scaffold, while the BCN group enables highly efficient and completely orthogonal bioconjugation with various azide molecules via strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) without copper catalyst, allowing bioorthogonal modification of oligonucleotides under mild conditions.
