Product Introduction
6-FAM BCN is a fluorescent labeling reagent featuring a 6-carboxyfluorescein (6-FAM) fluorophore conjugated to a bicyclo[6.1.0]nonyne (BCN) functional group. The BCN moiety enables strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) without copper catalyst, allowing bioorthogonal labeling of biomolecules under mild, biocompatible conditions. It is used in oligonucleotide modification, live-cell imaging, and bioconjugation applications.
