Product Introduction
5-FAM C3 Alkyne is a fluorescent labeling reagent used for bioorthogonal click chemistry. It contains a 5-carboxyfluorescein (5-FAM) fluorophore attached to an alkyne functional group via a C3 linker. The alkyne moiety enables copper-catalyzed or strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition with azide-functionalized molecules. It is used for labeling proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides.
