Product Introduction

Amino-11-dUTP is an improved replacement for Aminoallyl dUTP. This triphosphate features longer linker, which allows for easier and more facile downstream labeling.Amino-11-dUTP is compatible with PCR, nick translation, and reverse transcription. It can be used for microarray labeling. The nucleotide is incorporated by Taq DNA polymerase, Klenow fragment, and reverse transcriptases. Subsequent reaction of amino-DNA with activated esters can be used for the labeling of DNA.
