Product Introduction
Cyanine7-MO NHS ester chloride is a fluorescent labeling reagent used for bioconjugation. It contains a Cyanine7 (Cy7) fluorophore with a methoxy substituent (MO), activated as an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester, with chloride as the counterion. The NHS ester group reacts with primary amines to form stable amide bonds, enabling efficient labeling of proteins, peptides, antibodies, and amino-modified oligonucleotides. It is widely used in near-infrared fluorescence imaging, flow cytometry, and other molecular biology applications.
