Biotin-HaloAlkane Tag Ligand-1 (HaloTag Biotin Ligand) is a cell-permeable affinity ligand for HaloTag protein labeling technology. It consists of a chloroalkane reactive group that forms a covalent bond with the HaloTag protein and a biotin moiety for streptavidin-mediated affinity capture. The ligand enables rapid labeling of Halo-tagged proteins in live cells and their efficient separation using streptavidin pull-down.
