1,N6-Ethenoadenosine 5'-monophosphate (1,N6-ε-AMP) is a fluorescent analog of adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP) that is used for analyzing the activity of 5'-nucleotidase. 1,N6-ε-AMP is characterized by a long fluorescent lifetime, detectability at low concentration, a relatively long wavelength of excitation (250-300 nm), and emission at 415 nm.
