Product Introduction
DusQ 1 NHS ester derivative is used for labeling with the primary amines of biomolecules. DusQ 1 is a dark quencher with an absorbance maximum of 522 nm, it can be used in qPCR probes applications, and multiplex assays. In FRET applications as an acceptor pairing with fluorophores, that emit in green to yellow range including FAM, JOE, VIC, R6G, HEX, TET.
