What We Offer

Other Cell Fluorescent Probes

Cell fluorescent probes are mainly used to locate and monitor cell structure and organelles, such as nuclear probes, cell membrane probes, mitochondrial probes, lysosomal probes, golgi complex probes, endoplasmic reticulum probes, cytoskeleton probes, etc. In addition, other cell fluorescence probes, such as cytoplasmic fluorescence probes, cell viability detection probes and living cell tracer probes, are also supplemented here.

Cytoplasmic fluorescent probes are also commonly used in biology, which can specifically accumulate in the cytoplasm of living cells. The living cells were incubated with cytoplasmic fluorescent probes, and the cytoplasmic fluorescent morphology and cytoplasmic edge morphology could be clearly observed under fluorescent microscope. In recent years, cytoplasmic fluorescent probes have been gradually applied in various cell imaging studies. The cytoplasmic fluorescent probes showed non-toxic, stable, long fluorescent signal duration, and bright fluorescent characteristics in physiological pH environment. Cytoplasmic fluorescent probes can easily penetrate the living cell membrane and enter the cell, which can be transformed into reaction products without cell permeability and send out strong fluorescent signals. With the passage and proliferation of cells, the dyes will be transferred to daughter cells rather than adjacent cells in the population. At the same time, the dye fluorescence signal can be maintained for a long time, showing an ideal tracer performance.

Cell viability detection probes are an important tool for monitoring cell viability, and the changes of cell viability are mainly reflected in the process of cell apoptosis and necrosis. Considerable material content and physical properties will occur during cell death, such as decreased esterase activity, depolarization of mitochondrial membrane potential, increased content of caspase, membrane asymmetry, dissipation and loss of membrane integrity, etc. Cell viability monitoring is a necessary work in biology. Pathological, pharmacological and various standards must measure the health status of cells to ensure the repeatability and accuracy of the results.

Living cell tracer probes are excellent tools for monitoring cell movement, localization, proliferation, migration, chemotaxis and invasion. Living cell tracer probes can enter cells freely through the cell membrane and be transformed into reaction products without membrane permeability in the cell. The product retained well in living cells after several passages. Within the cell population, the dye is only transferred to the daughter cells, not to the neighboring cells.
