AF430 is a fluorescent dye. AF430 has an excitation maximum at 430 nm and an emission maximum at 542 nm. AF430 is one of the few dyes that absorb between 400 nm and 450 nm. AF430 fluorescence is photostable and pH-insensitive in a broad range of pH values.,Tetrazine residue participates in the fast copper-free click reaction that is well suited to non-toxic in vitro cell labeling and low-concentration applications.
