ATTO Rho12 is a new rhodamine dye for application in life sciences, e.g. labelling of DNA, RNA or proteins. The label shows strong absorption, high fluorescence quantum yield, and high photostability. After coupling to a substrateATTO Rho12 carries a net electrical charge of +1.The dye is moderately hydrophilic.
