Product Introduction
Bz-FVR-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for bovine cathepsins S and H, Xenopus endopeptidase XSCEP1, and esterase E-II from B. gabonica venom, among others. 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC) is released by cleavage of Bz-FVR-AMC and emits fluorescence that can be used to quantify enzyme activity.
