Product Introduction
BODIPY FL Thapsigargin is a cell-permeant, green-fluorescent probe used for investigation of thapsigargin binding sites in live cells. Thapsigargin is a potent inhibitor of plasma membrane Ca2+ ATPases and is classified as sesquiterpene lactone. Thapsigargin inhibits the ability of cell to pump calcium into the sarcoplasmic and endoplasmic reticula, resulting in an increase of intracellular calcium concentration.
