BODIPY 530/550 C3 is an orange-fluorescent dye that is reactive with primary amines on biomolecules such as peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides and biopolymers. Carboxylic acids may also be used to form ester-linked conjugates or acid-halide products. It is non-ionic, and relatively insensitive to environment and pH changes.
